Terms of Use for Reliber

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Reliber mobile application.

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Reliber, You agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If You do not agree with these terms, do not use the Application.

Definitions

• Application refers to Reliber, the mobile application.
• Company (referred to as "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Reliber.
• You means the individual using the Application.
• Content means any text, images, translations, data, or other materials uploaded or generated through the Application.

Use of the Application

Reliber is a book translation application. You may use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the Application
• Use the Application to infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Share Your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Application

User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features of the Application, You must create an account. When creating an account, You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of Your account credentials
• Notify Us immediately of any unauthorized access to Your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your account if You violate these Terms of Use.

You may delete Your account at any time through the Application settings or by contacting Us.

User Content

Uploading Content

The Application allows You to upload and create content, including text and images. You are solely responsible for the content You upload.

By uploading content, You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use the content
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Your content does not contain unlawful, harmful, or offensive material

License to Your Content

You retain ownership of any content You upload or create through the Application. By uploading content, You grant Us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process Your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.

Subscriptions and Payments

In-App Purchases

Reliber offers in-app purchases and subscription plans that provide access to premium features. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store.

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel Your subscriptions in Your Apple ID account settings

Refunds

All purchases are final. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard refund process, as We do not have access to Your payment information.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect after Your current subscription period ends.

Feedback

If You provide Us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Application, You agree that We may use such feedback without any obligation to compensate You or give You credit. You hereby assign to Us all rights in any feedback You provide.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Application, including its design, features, and content created by Us, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Content

Translations and other content generated through the Application may be subject to third-party intellectual property rights. You are responsible for ensuring You have the right to translate any content You submit.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Application will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Translations will be completely accurate
• The Application will meet Your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from Your use of the Application.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify You of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Slovenia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
